About SeatPrice
SeatPrice is an independent reference site for CRM and sales-software per-seat pricing. CRM pricing per seat, compared — a dated June 2026 snapshot of 20 sales CRMs.
What we do
We compare CRM and sales-software pricing per seat across 20 vendors — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, monday, Freshsales, Zendesk Sell, Close, Copper, Insightly, Keap, Nutshell, Capsule, Less Annoying CRM, SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Vtiger, EngageBay, Bitrix24 and ActiveCampaign. Every CRM has a page listing all tiers with annual and monthly $/user/month, free options, minimum-seat rules and a link to the vendor's own pricing page, plus head-to-head comparisons, rankings and a cost calculator.
How we source pricing
Every figure is a dated snapshot taken from the vendor's own published pricing page, captured as of June 2026. CRM pricing changes frequently, so each page shows the snapshot date and a "verify on the vendor's pricing page" line. We do not fabricate numbers: tiers that are quoted only on request are labelled "custom — contact sales" rather than guessed. 8 of the 20 vendors have a genuine free tier; we distinguish those from time-limited trials. See our methodology for the exact sources, formulas and exclusions.
How this is different from per-unit pricing sites
SeatPrice covers per-seat SaaS sales-CRM pricing (price per user per month). It is deliberately distinct from sites that track per-unit API or developer-tool pricing (cost per email, per request, per GB). Here, the unit is a user licence.
Who's behind it
SeatPrice is maintained by an independent editorial team that researches and structures published vendor pricing into comparable tables. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any CRM vendor. We earn revenue from advertising, not from vendor commissions on these pages.
Who it's for
Founders, sales leaders, RevOps teams and anyone researching "HubSpot pricing", "cheapest CRM", "CRM with a free tier" or "HubSpot vs Salesforce cost". This is informational only — not a quote and not purchasing advice. Always confirm current prices and terms with the vendor.
